In 1965, equipped with a small crew and a minimum of equipment, Dick Brothers and Ronald C. Graves began serving Vermont’s construction needs as builders of vacation and residential homes. Our projects are supervised by a project management staff with a combined total of 120 years experience. We understand that project management is more than getting the materials to the site and ensuring a quality product. Brothers Building’s project managers work with the client on all facets of the project including: budgeting, securing loans, engineering, site plan review & development, state & local permitting, drafting & specifications, project management, and project closeout.
